How to make MELT & POUR glycerin-based soaps:

1 - Soap base melts best in a bain-marie, but can also be melted in a microwave. Cut your glycerin base into smaller pieces so it melts faster. Keep an eye on the temperature! Heating the base above 72°C can cause the soap to dehydrate, reduce foam and turn yellow.

2 -Add the colorants , essential oils or other ingredients.

3 -Pour the soap into the mold, and allow time for the soap to set into the shape of the mold. Once set, remove from the mold.
